Returns/Exchanges
There are no refunds and/or exchanges on alaMood items. ALL items are no transfer.
This is nonnegotiable.

Refunds
alaMood Boutique will give refunds for the following circumstances:
double pay for a purchase for SAME item. (So please, chose your purchase carefully.)
Please drop a notecard with FULL transaction history of purchases within 48 hours of purchase date to Jori Watler or Keshian Dunner. ** note: Please allow upto 24 hours for reply/redelivery.

Failed Delivery/Lost Item
alaMood Boutique offers a purchase redelivery system, that allows you to simply visit any alaMood location, and touch a Redelivery kiosk.
If you have paid and not received your purchase, alaMood Boutique can and will redeliver your purchase.
Any Other Issues:
Drop me a note card titled “alaMood CS Inquiry – SL First & Last Name”
Include the following information:
- SL first & last name
- Transaction number *can be retrieved inworld:
World/Account History (look for transactions) copy and paste into notecard.
- Brief description of your problem/issue
